Overview

With the settings directly from the NAV2018, duty rosters and information can be sent directly to the employee's mobile device outside the home (e.g. chauffeur). The DISPO app can also be used for daily check-ups. As an example, this greatly minimizes uncertainties as to whether a service can be run.

Messages

Information can be sent directly to the employee's mobile device. The chauffeur can inform his collegues about traffic jams or inform the dispatcher about delays.

Roster

The roster shows every shift that is planned for the active month.
The plan contains information such as start and end time date and shift codes.

Time Management

The driver can enter his shifts and breaks into the timetable. He also can edit the ones his supervisor already reported in the system for him.
This view also shows his total working hours compared to the expected ones.

Service Overview

At the shift overview the supervisor can see all the shifts and check-ins of his employees. This enables him to have control and to notice quicker, when there are delays or other unplanned events. ​In addition, he is notified of delays or non-started services via push message.
